- Design Build complete system including Equalization, Bioreactor with Membrane Filtration and Reverse Osmosis Treatment, New building, all interconnecting piping, Controls and Wiring, Water Reuse System, Chemical feed and Sludge Processing system
- Project objectives were to reduce the wastewater surcharge cost paid to the city by pre-treating the processing wastewater to reduce its discharge volume and BOD concentration and to reduce the cost of potable water purchased from the city by providing reuse water
