  • New construction of a 2 MGD wastewater treatment plant on a new site
  • The process started with a Headwork’s Building with screening capabilities
  • Aero-Mod biological treatment system (over an acre in size)
  • Installed UV Disinfection system and sludge drying beds
  • The site also has an Operations and Blower Building
  • The treatment plant process and equipment was ready months before the wastewater was delivered to the site
  • Due to funding, owner was forced to delay the project for several months, during which time the steel market changed dramatically
  • BCI worked successfully with the Town of Plainfield to resolve the issues caused by this situation
