Project: New Gyratory Rock Crusher at the Three Rivers Quarry in Smithland, Kentucky

Process: Constructed new concrete foundation and 60’ high concrete tower to support new Gyratory Rock Crusher. Structure was constructed in a notch which was drilled and blasted from a 100’ high wall at the quarries edge. Approach ramps to the Crusher were also constructed including remedial work necessary to reinforce fractured rock along the edge of the 100’ high wall.
